Rizk login: how to access your account

Your Rizk account lives at the operator's own site, where only the operator can verify, restore or unblock it. This page walks you through signing in on desktop and mobile, what to do when access fails, and where to find help.

Signing in to your Rizk account

The process is the same whether you're returning to check a balance, claim a bonus or place a bet:

  1. Open the operator's site in your browser.
  2. Find and click the sign-in button.
  3. Enter the email address you used when you registered.
  4. Enter the password you chose at registration.
  5. Click to confirm and you're in.

No account yet? Registration happens at the operator's site too — this portal doesn't handle sign-ups.

Signing in from a phone

Open the operator's site in your mobile browser — Safari, Chrome, Firefox or whichever you prefer. The same account works here as on a desktop, and you enter the same email and password. No separate mobile credentials, no extra step. The site adapts to the screen, so you'll find the sign-in option without hunting for a desktop view.

What you need to hand

Two things: the email address you gave when you opened the account, and the password you set then. Nothing else is asked for at this stage — verification documents come later, when you request a withdrawal or when the operator's checks require them. Keep the password somewhere safe and use it nowhere else; a password shared across sites becomes a weak point the moment one of those sites has a breach.

When it doesn't work

Sign-in fails for a handful of reasons, most of them fixable in a minute:

Try the obvious fixes first — retyping carefully, switching off Caps Lock, closing and reopening the browser. If none of that works, move to password recovery.

The recovery path

Forgotten your password? The operator's site has a reset link, usually labelled "Forgot password" or something close. Click it, enter your registration email, and the operator sends a reset message to that address. Follow the link in the email — it takes you to a page where you set a new password. The link expires after a set time, so use it promptly.

What if the email address you registered with is no longer accessible — an old work address, a closed account, a provider you've left? Contact the operator's support with proof of identity and explain the situation. They may ask for documents before updating the address on file. This takes longer than a standard reset, but it's the only safe route when the original email is gone.

Account restrictions

Sometimes an account is deliberately blocked, and the reason isn't a technical fault:

Cause What happens
Identity verification pending Account access may be limited until documents are submitted and checked. The operator reaches out when verification is needed.
Self-exclusion in force You set a break period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or longer. The account stays closed for that duration, no exceptions.
Inactivity fee triggered If an account sits idle for more than 12 months, a monthly fee of €5 is charged from the 13th month. Activity resumes once you sign in and play.

None of these is a bug to fix; each is the operator applying its own terms or your own request. Verification usually clears within a few days once documents are in. A self-exclusion period cannot be shortened — it runs its course.

Who to contact

Problems that persist after the steps above need the operator's help. Rizk offers three channels: Live Chat, Email and Call Back. Live Chat averages 30 seconds for a response and runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Email averages 30 to 60 minutes; Call Back takes 15 to 60 minutes.

Before you write or call, have these to hand: the email address you used at registration, when the problem started, and the exact message you see on screen if one appears. The more specific you are, the faster support can trace the account and the issue.

Be clear about what's happened. "I can't sign in" leaves support guessing; "I enter my password and it says invalid credentials, but I'm certain it's correct" tells them where to look. If you've already tried resetting the password or clearing cookies, mention that too — it saves a round of back-and-forth.

Keeping access safe

A few habits keep your account harder to reach for anyone but you. Sign in only at the operator's own address — type it yourself or use a bookmark you trust, never follow a link in an email or a message, even if it looks official. Phishing pages are built to look identical to the real thing; the address bar is the only tell.

Use a password you don't use anywhere else. A strong one — a mix of letters, numbers and symbols, long enough that guessing it would take years — protects you only until a completely different site leaks its user list. A unique password limits the damage to that one site.

Sign out when you're done, especially on a shared device or a public connection. A browser left signed in is an open door.

Gambling should stay enjoyable, never compulsive. If signing in starts to feel like an obligation rather than a choice, that's worth noticing. GamCare offers free, confidential support at gamcare.org.uk or by calling the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, available 24 hours a day. BeGambleAware provides resources and self-assessment tools at begambleaware.org. GamStop is a free national self-exclusion scheme covering all UK-licensed sites; register at gamstop.co.uk. Blocking software like Gamban (gamban.com) and BetBlocker (betblocker.org, free across all platforms) prevents access to gambling sites when a clean break is what's needed. You must be 18 or over (18+) to hold an account with any licensed operator.

This page is for information and marketing purposes only. We are not a gambling operator, bookmaker or organiser of betting or gaming activity. This site is restricted to visitors aged 18 and over (18+). Free, confidential support with gambling is available at BeGambleAware.org.

Frequently asked questions

How do I sign in to my Rizk account?

Go to the operator's site, click the sign-in button, and enter the email address and password you used when you registered. The same credentials work on desktop and mobile.

What should I do if I've forgotten my password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the operator's sign-in page. Enter your registration email, and the operator will send a reset link. Follow it to set a new password.

Why can't I access my account?

Common causes include wrong credentials, Caps Lock being on, a verification hold, or an active self-exclusion period. Check your details carefully, clear your browser cache, and contact the operator's support if the problem persists.

Can I sign in from my phone?

Yes. Open the operator's site in your mobile browser and use the same email and password as on desktop. The site adapts to mobile screens automatically.
